Topher was raised in Eugene and has been part of the local community his whole life. Before starting Omega Cleaning, he spent years in customer-facing work that taught him the value of reliability and honest communication. Those lessons are baked into how Omega operates today.

Under Topher’s leadership, the team does things most cleaning companies don’t. They proactively flag maintenance issues like water leaks, damaged flooring, or burned-out lights so small problems get addressed before they become expensive ones. They never rush a job to hit a time goal. And every team member is expected to care for each space as if it were their own.

Outside of work, Topher spends his time with his partner, their two boys, and extended family. He’s an avid reader, collects rocks and minerals, and plays video games with his kids. He also donates to local schools and makes a point of recognizing the teachers in his community for the work they do.
